Election consultation urged

A former Chief Secretary, Anson Chan Fang On-sang, has urged the government to start consulting the public on choosing the next Chief Executive by universal suffrage.
The current Chief Exexcutive, Leung Chun-ying, has said livelihood issues are his priority and that there's still time to discuss the next election in 2017. But speaking on RTHK, Chan urged the government and Beijing not to underestimate the degree of frustration in community over the issue.
