Runner gets lifetime ban over doping
(03-06 19:10)
Steve Mullings, the Jamaican sprinter who won World relay gold with Usain Bolt in 2009, has had his lifetime ban from Athletics confirmed by the Court of Arbitration for Sport. Mullings tested positive for a banned diuretic in 2011, having previously failed a drug test in 2004. A second offence usually means a lifetime ban, which is what the sport's World governing body, the IAAF, imposed, RTHK reports.
