Shanghai turns positive

Shares in Shanghai were up 0.44 percent as China announced an economic growth target of 7.5 percent for 2013, a day after a sharp fall on new property curbs, dealers said. The benchmark Shanghai Composite Index rose 10.08 points to 2,283.48.-AFP
