Margaret Leung named SHKP director

Sun Hung Kai Properties (0016) has appointed Margaret Leung Ko May-yee as an independent non-executive director of the firm, with effect from tomorrow.
Leung, 60, served previously as the vice-chairman and the chief executive of Hang Seng Bank (0011), and the group general manager of HSBC Holdings (0005) before retiring from the HSBC group in June 2012.
