Phone-in callers slam budget

Radio phone-in callers have criticised Financial Secretary John Tsang Chun-wah for not coming up with new ideas in his budget and failing to include cash handouts.
Speaking on the programme, Tsang said he had concentrated on using limited resources to help those in need. He said that objective had been achieved in the budget, RTHK reports.
