Six complaints regarding hotel room sale: watchdog

Estate Agents Authority said it has received six complaints in relation to the sale of hotel suites of Apex Horizon by Cheung Kong Holdings (0001).
The watchdog had earlier reminded licensed agents of the complicated sales conditions of the hotel rooms. They should draw their clients’ attention to the associated risks and to recommend their clients to seek legal advice before purchase, EAA said.
The developer sold all 360 hotel rooms in Apex Horizon within two days.
