HKT slams Apple over SIM lock

Apple has been using the SIM lock technology to limit the 4G connectivity of iPhone by different telecom operators.
Hong Kong Telecom (6823) managing director Alexander Anthony Arena said the practice has caused his company a commercial loss.
Arena said the firm has filed complaints to the Communications Authority, but that it had not been taken up.
He said the telecom operator has applied for a judicial review in the High Court.
