Cars the conduit for infant formula smuggling

Parallel traders are smuggling baby milk powder in private cars across the border to the Mainland, the Customs Department said.
Officers say over the past three days, three people were arrested for attempting to smuggle almost a hundred cans of infant milk formula across the border, in two separate cases, RTHK reports today.
