Chinachem Charitable Fund trustee to Kung's estate, Court rules
(02-22 12:08)

The High Court has ruled that the Chinachem Charitable Fund is just a trustee, not sole beneficiary, of the heritage of Nina Wang Kung Yu-sum, the deceased chairman of the Chinachem Group.
Chinachem Charitable Foundation solicitor Kenneth Ho Man-kei said Kung's family has not decided whether to appeal against the ruling.
Department of Justice said it is looking into the verdict and will decide the next steps.
