CE urges Cheung Kong to clarify terms on hotel rooms sale

Chief Executive Leung Chun-ying said he is concerned over the sale of hotel suites in Apex Horizon in Kwai Chung.
Leung urges the development to clarify teams in related to lands use and other details in the transactions.
He also warned investors to be cautious.
Cheung Kong (0001) has raised more than HK$1.4 billion by selling more than 300 rooms in the hotel.
Secretary for Development Paul Chan Mo-po had earlier said the Lands Department has issued a letter to Cheung Kong in an attempt to understand the operation of the hotel after the sale, and the relationship of the hotel manager and future owners.
