Govt concerned over hotel room sales

The Chief Secretary, Carrie Lam Cheng Yuet-ngor, has said the government is highly concerned about the sale of hotel suites by Cheung Kong Holdings.
Speaking in Beijing, Lam said although the sale of rooms at the Apex Horizon in Kwai Chung was legal, she warned investors to be cautious, saying it was not a residential project and there could be many problems involved, RTHK reports.
