Diaoyu activists charged
(02-20 19:25)

The government has pressed charge against the owner of Diaoyu boat "Kai Fung'' for leaving Hong Kong waters illegally in the expedition in which HK Diaoyu activists successfully landed on the island.
Meanwhile in the court, a man relaunched a bid to sue Japan for nationalizing the Diaoyu Islands. The High Court refused to handle the lawsuit last year. In the latest attempt, Chan Yuk-lun also named the United States as the defendant.
