Tin Wing Stop project drew no bid, MTRC says

MTR Corp (0066) said it did not draw any bid for the residential project atop Tin Wing Stop, which has been closed for tender today.
Cheung Kong (0001) representative was seen to submit bids earlier today. But executive director Justin Chiu Kwok-hung said the land premium was set too high.
Sun Hung Kai Properties (0016) was the other developer had reportedly submitted bid.
