Cheung Kong sells 70pc of hotel rooms in Apex Horizon

Cheung Kong Holdings (0001) has already sold 245 rooms in Apex Horizon Hotel in Kwai Chung since the sale started yesterday. They accounted for 70 percent of a total of 360 rooms in the hotel.
The developer put 130 rooms in the market, after selling 50 for its staff today.
Cheung Kong executive director Justin Chiu Kwok-hung said the second batch of today, a total of 65 rooms, cost 3 percent more than the previous one.
