Govt concern over tour group blunders
(02-19 11:07)

Chief Executive Leung Chun-ying has said the government is very concerned about the case of a mainland tour group being forced to spend the night on a coach after their travel agency failed to find them hotel accommodation.
Leung said the incident, involving the agency 3A Holidays, had affected Hong Kong's reputation as a tourist destination, RTHK reports.
He called on the agency's proprietor, Wong Wing-kin, to provide a full explanation.
Leung also said he hoped the Travel Industry Council would take a tough approach when handling the matter.
Meanwhile, the executive director of the Travel Industry Council, Joseph Tung Yiu-chung, renewed his call for Wong to contact the council before its board meeting this afternoon where the incident will be discussed.
Tung said a written explanation handed to the council yesterday was not sufficient.
