Lawmakers on policy address
(01-30 14:39)

Legislators are debating a motion of thanks for the chief executive's policy address. The motion was moved by legislator Andrew Leung Kwan-yuen -- who represents the industrial sector.
But a number of pan-democratic lawmakers have put forward amendments, saying they deeply regret that Chief Executive Leung Chun-ying failed to address some of Hong Kong's most pressing housing and livelihood issues.
The Democratic Party's Albert Ho Chun-yan expressed disappointment about the lack of initiatives on constitutional reform, RTHK reports.
