Hang Seng edges up by lunch

Hong Kong shares rose 0.68 percent by the break on Wednesday after the Dow closed just short of its record high.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index gained 161.99 points to 23,817.16 on turnover of HK$40.15 billion, AFP reports.
