Shanghai subdued in morning trade

Shares in Shanghai were flat in early trading as the market took a breather following a more than two percent rise the previous day, dealers said. The benchmark Shanghai Composite Index edged up 0.03 percent, or 0.74 points, to 2,347.25.- AFP
