(Update) Tin Wing plot draws 16 expressions of interest

The tender for a residential project at Light Rail Tin Wing stop closed today with 16 expressions of interest received.
New World Development (0017), Kerry Properties (0683), China Overseas Land & Investment (0688) , Henderson Land (0012) and Wheelock (0020) are among heavyweights interested in the 196,231 square-foot lot.
It is expected to be priced between HK$2.16 billion and HK$2.95 billion, surveyors said earlier.
