Li Ka-shing said to owe wages to Changchun workers

Li Ka-shing's Hutchison Whampoa (0013) is reported to have owed 20 million yuan in salary to construction workers in its Changchun projects, CCTV reported.
A worker, Xu Dianjun, told the state-run media that he has yet to receive 20,000 yuan, his salary for the year thus far.
Xu, originally from a county in Jilin Province moved to Changchun seeking employment six years ago.
