China eyes price hike in railway freight

China is considering to raise railway freight prices and cancel some unnecessary or unreasonable charges, mainland's Economic Information Daily reported.
During a meeting of National Price Bureau, the country's planning body -- the National Development and Reform Commission -- has emphasized the importance of market orientation, while reasonable pricing is necessary.
