HK cyclist apologizes over doping

Hong Kong cyclist Steven Wong, who received a two year ban after failing a doping test in Belgium, has apologized for being careless.
It emerged that the gold medallist failed the test for steroids last year, RTHK reports.
In a brief statement to the media, he said he never had any problems with dope testing.
He believes the positive test was to do with the skin cream he had used for healing a severe cut in his groin.
