Beijing keeps tight grip on housing market

Beijing will maintain its tight control on real estate market in the capital city, while the government will launch structural adjustment for the market, said acting mayor Wang Anshun.
Wang reported that over the past five years, Beijing has comprehensively renovated the old districts, providing a total of 800,000 units of various types of affordable housing.
