(Policy Address) CY to lend a hand on permits

Chief Executive Leung Chun-ying said today he hopes to help lawmakers obtain home return permits.
Responding to question, he said he would personally like to offer help, but there are other issues to deal with first.
Leung said it was important for Legco members to understand China better.
