(Policy Address) Door may open for foreign builders

Chief Executive Leung Chun-ying said today he will consider importing foreign workers for the construction sector if there were a shortage of local labor.
Speaking at the question-and-answer session in the Legislative Council today, Leung said there are enough professionals in the construction sector, but skilled workers are in short supply.
