(Policy Address) CE attending question period in Legco
(01-17 14:35)

Chief Executive Leung Chun-ying is attending a question-and-answer period in the Legislative Council. He reiterated his policy mentioned in yesterday's address in his opening remarks.
When he was entering the chamber, some lawmakers, including "Long Hair" Leung Kwok-hung, yelled at him to show dismay.
Leung Kwok-hung disrupted the meeting by complaining the Chief Executive taking too much time in his opening speech.
His request to start questioning Leung Chun-ying was denied by speaker Jasper Tsang Yok-shing.
