(Policy Address) Boosting supply is only way to solve housing problems: CY

Chief Executive Leung Chun-ying said boosting home supply is the only way to solve housig problems. However, he admitted that the extremely low interest rate environment is an obstacle. Leung said increasing supply in both homes and lands are for the long term.
He spoke at a televised public forum to discuss his maiden policy address.
