Negative start for European stocks

Europe's main stock markets slipped at the start of trading today, with London's London's FTSE 100 index of top companies down 0.10 percent to 6,101.73 points.
Frankfurt's DAX 30 index fell 0.33 percent to 7,704.05 points and in Paris the CAC 40 lost 0.30 percent to stand at 3,697.02, AFP reports.
