Court orders Ho to pay CE legal costs
(01-15 15:46)

The High Court has ordered Democratic Party lawmaker, Albert Ho Chun-yan, to pay the legal costs incurred by the Chief Executive Leung Chun-ying while defending himself against an unsuccessful court challenge to his election victory.
Ho had initiated the legal challenge in the High Court to have Leung's election victory overturned, but he lost, RTHK reports.
The lawmaker had earlier asked the court to defer its decision ordering him to pay Leung's legal costs because he wanted to appeal to the Court of Final Appeal.
