CY says policy speech to focus on long-standing problems

The Chief Executive Leung Chun-ying says the policy address tomorrow will be the government's blueprint for the next five years.
Speaking before attending the weekly Executive Council meeting, Leung said Hong Kong has accumulated some deep-seated problems and he would discuss the government's policy objectives and steps to tackle them, RTHK reports.
