Draghi says everyone on the same page on rates

European Central Bank chief Mario Draghi said today the decision to keep interest rates unchanged was unanimous. The ECB met today in Frankfurt, Germany.
“The ... decision was unanimous. There was no reason to change the decision taken last month,'' Draghi told the media. Earlier, the ECB said the main refinancing rate will remain unchanged at a record low of 0.75 percent.
