Most victims not wearing life jackets in ferry crash

The Lamma ferry disaster inquiry has heard that a majority of the 39 people who died in the tragedy were not wearing life jackets. The victims were on board a Hong Kong Electric company vessel -- the Lamma IV -- which sank following a collision with a Hong Kong and Kowloon Ferry, RTHK reports.
