(Update) Woman strangled son in Tai Koo Shing flat

Police said a mother strangled her 10-year-old son before hanging herself in a Tai Koo Shing apartment early today. Their bodies had been found by the husband, RTHK reports.
Police said the woman, 47, suffered from mental illness, and had attempted to commit suicide last year. They said social workers had been attempting to help her.
