Agile chairman Chen faces indecent assault rap

Mainland developer Agile Property Holdings (3383) said today Chairman Chen Zhuolin has been charged with indecent assault. The Guangzhou-based company said in a statement to the Hong Kong stock exchange, the lawsuit will not affect operations.
Police arrested Chen in Hong Kong in August following an allegation of indecent assault.
The company said the case would have little impact on its business operations. Agile shares slumped 6.5 percent to close at HK$11.86 today.
