Bus delays most acute on island routes, survey finds

Franchised bus services are performing poorly on many routes, a survey has found.
Among some 500 trips on 66 routes, 127 buses arrived late, according to a survey by the Hong Kong Federation of Trade Unions. The problem is most serious on Hong Kong Island, where 30 percent of buses arrive 1 to 10 minutes late.
