Test vote 408-10 in favor of US fiscal deal

The US House of Representatives voted 408-10 in a procedural vote late night in Washington, raising the certainty that the fiscal cliff bill that passed by the Senate yesterday will be approved.
US broadcast networks reported that a final vote is expected in the next half-hour.
