Exchange fund assets swell to HK$2.6 trillion

Hong Kong Exchange Fund assets reached HK$2.64 trillion at the end of November, the Hong Kong Monetary Authority said today. Assets increased by HK$35.9 billion from October.
Foreign currency in the fund amounted to HK$20.7 billion, while the Hong Kong dollar pile added up to HK$15.2 billion.
