New proposal to refine capital markets: CSRC

China Securities Regulatory Commission chief Guo Shuqing has proposed seven ways to refine mainland's capital market laws.
In a paper titled '2011 Report on Development of Chinese Laws on Capital Market', Guo said China is set to particularly clarify the duties of issuers and intermediaries, China Securities News reports.
The regulator also aims to create a system with prices determined by the markets.
