Mainland cop attacks HK reporters
(08-10 11:33)

A cameraman of Asia Television was assaulted while covering the trial in Hefei of four former policemen who allegedly covered up a murder.
An officer in plain clothes stopped the cameraman from shooting clips and allegedly beat the man. The police was stopped and escorted away by other policemen. Reporters from Hong Kong demanded explanations but were refused.
Four Chinese police officials stood trial today for attempting to "cover up'' a murder allegedly carried out by the wife of disgraced political leader Bo Xilai. Gu Kailai pleaded "no contest" to the murder charge and verdict will be given later.
