Five dead, three missing in Russian refinery fire

Five people were killed and another three went missing after a fire swept through an oil refinery in Siberia as a result of a gas explosion.
''As a result of the fire five people were killed, (and) another seven were hospitalized with injuries,'' the investigative committee said.
''The fate of three people is currently unknown.''
The fire at the Achinsk refinery in the Krasnoyarsk region broke out on Sunday as a result of the gas explosion.
The refinery is owned by state oil giant Rosneft.--AFP
