Southwest Airlines shares rise

Southwest Airlines climbed on Thursday and Hawaiian skidded after Southwest said it plans to start flying to Hawaii. It will start selling tickets for those flights in 2018.

Southwest stock picked up 26 US cents to US$58.81 while Hawaiian Holdings lost US$1, or 2.5 percent, to US$39.-AP
