(Dining) More options on the menu at The Kinnet

Sheung Wan’s popular dining place with an outdoor terrace has reopened its doors as The Restaurant by The Kinnet offering new breakfast, lunch, dinner and brunch menus.

The most important meal of the day will be served from 8am to 11am every day - breakfast options include crab eggs benedict with avocado, yoghurt “Hollandaise” sauce (HK$118), eggs florentine with mushroom, wilted spinach, yoghurt “Hollandaise” sauce (HK$108) and French toast with fresh fruit, maple syrup and crème fraiche (HK$68).

A selection of bread, multigrain, sourdough and gluten free bread are available.

The Restaurant by The Kinnet promises rejuvenating dishes at lunch menu.

Lunch is served from 11:30am to 4pm. Fish and meat options include roasted organic chicken (HK$138), roast beef (HK$138) and fish of the day (HK$138), all served with a choice of two salads.

A weekday lunchtime set menu is available for HK$168 of a starter of soup of the day, an entrée of roasted organic chicken, roast beef and fish of the day with a choice of two salads as well as coffee or tea, a dessert of the day for an extra HK$40, a cold pressed juice for an extra HK$20 or a smoothie for an additional HK$30.

Dinner options are available from 6pm to 10pm.

Light bites include pan fried crab cakes with wasabi yoghurt dressing (HK$108) ad sautéed prawns with fish stock, fresh chopped herbs and feta cheese (HK$98). Vegetable dishes include vegetable curry with cauliflower, broccoli, carrot, eggplant, cherry tomatoes, kale, sweet corn with brown rice (HK$128), organic whole what spaghetti with avocado pesto, rocket leaves, broccolini and pine nuts (HK$128).

Fish options include pan fried barramundi with celeriac puree, sautéed kale and snap peas (HK$130), steamed salmon with sautéed kale and spinach, warm heirloom tomato salad and yoghurt “Hollandaise” sauce (HK$145).

Available meat dishes are chicken paillard with baby spinach, vine tomatoes, rocket leaves, radish, red cabbage salad and parmesan cheese (HK$138), stewed beef cheeks with celery, carrot and barley (HK$188) and ox tongue curry with eggplant, sweet corn with brown rice (HK$138).
