Sha Tin district councilor Rick Hui arrested
Local | 30 Aug 2019 2:19 pmPro-democracy group, Community Sha Tin, said Sha Tin district councilor, Rick Hui Yui-yu, has been arrested this afternoon and is being detained at Kwun Tong police station. But reasons are still unknown and a lawyer is following up, the group said.
