The police said today they are aware of protests proposed by some netizens to paralyze air traffic at the Hong Kong International Airport again on Saturday, August 24.

The Chief Superintendent of Police Public Relations Branch, Tse Chun-chung, urged protesters to spare some thoughts for others, respect others' rights and freedoms, and not disturb the everyday lives of ordinary citizens and visitors.

He reiterated that acts of violence in aerodromes can carry a maximum penalty of life imprisonment.
