UN rights chief Michele Bachelet calls for inquiry on HK police excesses

The UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, Michelle Bachelet, voiced concern over force used against protesters in Hong Kong and called for an impartial inquiry.  Michelle Bachelet called for "prompt, independent, impartial investigation," into alleged excessive force by police against the protesters, her spokesman Rupert Colville told reporters in Geneva, AFP reports.
