An elderly man, who faces a count of criminal damage, has been granted bail after appearing at the Eastern Magistrates' Courts today.
The retiree, 86, is accused of spray painting graffiti on an exterior wall of the Chief Executive's Office in Tamar on November 19, 2018.
The prosecution said the defendant suffers from persecutory delusions and two psychiatric reports will be obtained. The case was adjourned until August 22.
