Police have arrested three men for allegedly tampering with an ATM to steal user information to withdraw more than HK$200,000, RTHK reports.
The suspects carry travel documents from Bulgaria.
Officers said they received a report last month that one of the ATMs inside the East Tsim Sha Tsui Station of MTR had been installed with a magnetic strip reader and a pinhole camera.
