Dow futures sank further before paring losses and it still points to more pain on Wall Street after a heavy sell-off Wednesday, which led to sharp losses in Asia and Europe.
Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average shed 126 points, or 0.5 percent at 25,394. All 30 components are in the negative column.
S&P 500 futures fell by 10 points, or 0.4 percent, at 2,771, while Nasdaq-100 futures lost 31 points at 7,001, down by 0.4 percent.
