(Mangkhut) 4,800 stranded at Philippines ports, flights grounded

Flights in and out of the Philippines as well as domestic operations are being disrupted as a result of the super typhoon Mangkhut. The Manila International Airport Authority said 15 more flights from today to Sunday have been canceled.

Also, the Philippine Coast Guard said 4,805 passengers were stranded at various ports in Bicol, eastern and southern Visayas, southern Tagalog, and southwestern Mindanao.
