China's biennial air show, which showcases various aircraft and features trade talks and technological exchanges, will open on November 6 in the southern port city of Zhuhai, Guangdong.

New developments of the air force during military reforms will also be exhibited at the 12th China International Aviation and Aerospace Exhibition (Airshow China), said China Air Force spokesperson Shen Jinke today at a press conference, Xinhua reports.

The air force will demonstrate several latest models of fighter jets and weaponry, and aerobatics display teams will perform during the six-day air show, said Shen.

Airshow China is an international aerospace trade show endorsed by the central government. The show has been held in Zhuhai every two years since 1996.
